The heat production Roof Top units by ADISA Heating in a luxury Residential complex of Madrid
ADISA Heating is the company that will provide its heating solutions to the new residential complex of 228 apartments, the Residential Suite 228, located in El Cañaveral, an area of great urban development in Madrid.
Two ADISA Roof Top units have been chosen to provide heating and DHW to this new luxury residential building, for meeting the high-quality requirements demanded in terms of confort, high efficiency and energy saving.
The 2 Roof Top units are equipped with high efficiency ADI condensing boilers, for a total power output of 1,813.4 kW:
- 1 x ROOF TOP 4.2 with 1 ADI CD 375 and 1 ADI CD 250
- 1 x ROOF TOP 5.5 with 2 ADI CD 650
The ADISA Roof Tops are pre-built packaged heat production units for outdoor installation. With power outputs up to 3,620 kW in a single casing , they are equipped with ADI boilers complying with the Ecodesign Directive ErP Ready in terms of high efficency and ecologic combustion NOx class 6.
They are compact and complete Plug&Play solutions: thanks to their flexible hydraulic design, that can be adapted to the needs of each installation, their self-bearing structure and their compact size, the ADISA Roof Tops are the ideal solution in projects requiring high-quality standards, maximum confort, as well as important savings in space, energy, installation and maintenance.
