BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a process for creating and managing information on a construction project across all its lifecycle. The output is the generation of a Building Information Model, which is a virtual model containing all the information related to that building project.

The information recorded is a library of intelligent objects that are the virtual equivalent of the constructive elements of a building, enabling to simulate it and understand its behavior in a virtual environment: technical, structural and installation aspects, energy efficiency studies, economic, commercial and administrative elements, execution phase, maintenance, materials, etc.
