The new Adisa’s MICRO ROOF TOP in a 19th century College of Madrid

Adisa Heating Series is the brand selected to provide heating service to the College "Nuestra Señora del Recuerdo" in Madrid.

In this particular case, the equipment chosen is the new product that Adisa launched in March of this year, on the occasion of C&R Exhibition in Madrid: the MICRO ROOF TOP, with condensing boilers ADI CD 85, of high efficiencies and low pollutant emissions (in line with the Ecodesign Directive, in terms of current requirements and also those prescribed for 2018).

This important College in Madrid has opted for an Adisa's MICRO ROOF TOP for being an autonomous heat production unit for outdoor installation, whose size is even more compact than the Mini Roof top: we are talking about dimensions of 0,75 x 1,1 metres with power outputs from 70,5 to 162 kW (in condensing boilers).

Precisely for this combination of high efficiency and extremely reduced footprint, the College has found in Adisa's MICRO ROOF TOP the ideal solution for its project of energy renovation: an equipment producing heating and DHW in an efficient way that would also allow to preserve the original structure of the building with no need of restructuring the space.

Inaugurated in 1880, the College "Nuestra Señora del Recuerdo" (also known as El Recuerdo, or the Jesuits, or simply College of Chamartín), belongs to the religious order Society of Jesus. Located in the District of Chamartín, it is one of the best colleges in Spain and the biggest in Madrid, with a surface of 103.000 m2, including seven laboratories, four museums, one theatre-cinema and a big library with almost 25,000 books, gardens and sport facilities.
